In order to provide you access to Club Time Machine, we need to process some of your personal data, like your name, date of birth, your gender, your e-mail address, country of residence, your IP-address, your Hoovername and your password. If you are younger than 18 years old, we also need the e-mail address of your parent or your legal guardian. For a paid membership, we need to collect some financial information from a parent or guardian. You warrant that all information that is submitted to us is truthful and accurate, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information. vWorld will not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity as a condition to participate. -
For which purposes do we use your personal data?
We will use your personal data to send you or your parent an e-mail to activate your Club Time Machine account and to provide you with the information or services that you have requested. We may also use your personal data to inform you of the Gold Nuggets and/or Gold Bars that your have purchased or earned. With your consent, we may use your e-mail address to send you a periodical newsletter with news regarding Club Time Machine. Moreover, we may use your data to manage this website, track usage and to improve the possibilities of Club Time Machine. Your IP address is recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
We may also use your personal information to inform you of the termination of your Club Time Machine Account. Upon termination of your membership, we will retain your personal data in our database during a period of maximum 12 months. Your data will then be used to check any open invoices, or to respond to questions that you may have. Thereafter your personal data will be removed from our database. -
Financial information
If you decide to purchase a Gold membership for you or your child, additional information will be required at the time of purchase, like your bank account number or credit card number.
